Mingary Counselling

The Mingary Counselling Service provides confidential counselling for a broad range of issues within a caring and professional setting.

Counselling leads to relief from painful or stressful experiences, assists in major life changes and reduces anxiety, fear and uncertainty. Counselling brings new perspectives to clients, enabling them to develop fulfilling ways of relating and being.

People generally seek counselling for the following issues: trauma, anxiety, depression, confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, relationship and marital issues, family conflict, loss and grief, anger management, stress management, women's and men's issues, self-development, career choices and work issues.

The low cost service provides high quality counselling for an affordable fee.

Confidentiality is assured.

Male and female counsellors are available.

There are no waiting lists or limits on the number of sessions you may attend.

$30 initial consultation
$20 subsequent consultations

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm
