If you are ill, going into hospital or have had a bereavement and you would like the Contact and Care team to know, please get in touch (or give someone else permission to do so) with your Contact person, Regional Leader or the Office
(03 9654 5120), and the information will be passed on to the appropriate member of the Contact and Care Team.
