Handcrafts from Hoi An

On November 14, Karen Leonard, founder of Lifestart Foundation in Hoi An, Vietnam, will hold a display and sale of handcrafts made by the disabled and disadvantaged girls and young women in the Lifestart Foundation Workshop. The entire profits from the sale of these products go directly to the workshop members to provide a sustainable income and sense of independence.
The items for sale include loom scarves, earrings, embroidered lotus note cards and paper and silk traditional Ao Dai bookmarks. The goods will be available at the Human Rights table in the hall after the service. Enquiries: See Pam Smart.
