A wonderful opportunity to experience and learn the art of Chinese cooking.
Celebrated chef, prize-winning author and noted guest speaker, Elizabeth Chong will introduce us to the culinary delights of Chinese Cuisine. Elizabeth will demonstrate to us ways that we too can serve a Chinese banquet.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn and understand the philosophies behind Chinese cooking, the ingredients and the preparation methods.
We will lunch together after the demonstration - a time to socialise and enjoy a chicken and champagne lunch. Join us for this happy end of the year celebration and help raise important funds for Human Rights.
