Child Care
Do you have child care facilities?
Yes we do! After the baptismal part of the service we strongly encourage all children to attend the crèche or kid's club. Children in the crèche and kid's club are cared for by experienced and qualified carers. Parents can be assured that every care is taken with the children.
You are asked to leave your children in the crèche or kid's club and then return to the church service.

Gumnuts Crèche
Welcome to the Gumnuts Crèche. The crèche is located on the 1st floor of the St Michael's building.
The crèche is open for children aged 0-6 yrs of age whose parents or caregivers are attending the church service. There is no cost for this service.
Crèche hours are 9.30 am - 11.30 am every Sunday morning.
The crèche is also open Good Friday and Christmas Day 8.30 am - 10.30 am.
Highly qualified staff experienced and committed to childcare. They provide a safe, hygienic, caring, secure and nurturing environment for all children. Come along and allow your children to the enriching and stimulating activities offered at St Michael's Crèche.
What to bring:
- Drink bottle-water only
- Bottles, or formula
- Nappies, baby wipes, cream, spare clothing
- Snack time is NOT offered due to allergies. If you wish you may provide a snack for your child to eat after pick-up time at 11.30 am.
- *Please note: the crèche staff cannot supply food to children or administer medication.
Church Service
Throughout the church service, crèche staff are always able to request Church Security to notify you if the need arises. All parents/caregiver's are welcome to stay with their children. We are committed to making parents feel comfortable and welcomed within our crèche.
Things To Remember When Using Our Crèche
- All children must be signed in and out from the crèche, by the parent or caregiver.
- Fill in a child information booklet
- Provide own nappies and wipes
- Microwave is available for heating infants' bottles
- Pick children up before 11.30 am.
- Nappy Change Facilities: There are nappy changing facilities and a sleep area for babies. Parents need to supply their own nappies and wipes.
Kid's Club
Welcome to the Kid's Club. Our Kid's Club is located on the 1st floor of the St Michael's building (at the end of the corridor). The Kid's Club is open for children aged 6-15 years of age whose parents/caregivers are attending the church service. There is no cost for this service.
Kid's Club hours are 9.30 am - 11.30 am every Sunday morning. The crèche is also open Good Friday and Christmas Day 8.30 am - 10.30 am.

Program
We provide children with enriching and stimulating activities which include:
Craft
Jewellery making
Colouring
Painting
Games
Table tennis.
Morning Tea
