Week Day Tours
St Michael’s church has a rich history starting from the development of the first chapel in 1839 to its present day. Over the many years there have been a variety of Ministers who have influenced how the congregation were guided and how the church looked. The church also proceeded through other great changes including a total rebuild of the church and many extensions. If you are interested in finding out more about the history of St Michael’s, do join us for a free tour during Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm. Our volunteer tour guides have much to share and would be delighted to see you.
Bookings are not required though please call us if you are making a special trip to confirm that tour guides will be present on that day.
If you have a special group we could arrange a special tour to suit. Social and School Groups are very welcome. Please call 9654 5120 to make an enquiry.
